For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. – Jeremiah 29:11
Consider this: If a sheep stands waiting for the lion to attack, it will not eat and grow. The same is true for us! If you wait for something bad to happen, you will not do what you should be doing in the present! You don’t need to worry about what will happen, because God will handle it. Trust in Him, and He will make you prosperous in time. I know when I focus on what God is calling me to do; I know my future is set.
This shows that God is in control of all things, and He will give you a promising life if you follow Him. Don’t stress over the future! Jeremiah 29:11 says “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
