Good people suffer many troubles, but the Lord saves them from them all. – Psalms 34:19
In the book/movie Heaven is for Real, the little boy has appendicitis and his appendix bursts. The boy had a very low chance of living and all the doctors thought he would die. After the parents prayed and asked for other people to pray, the boy survived. This example proves that even though this was a Christian family with a dad as a pastor that everyone else contributes to the power of prayer in a church.
In this movie, bad things happen, but God saved this boy in the end, after intense prayer. It’s true that sometimes God doesn’t prevent death, but in this situation God did. You have to pray and have faith in the best possible outcome. Struggle and sorrow happen to good people, but God is always there to help if you have faith. In Psalms 34:19 it says “Good people suffer many troubles, but the Lord saves them from them all.”
